The main difference is: Bulldozer has caterpillar tracks (like a tank) for more grip on the ground. Tractor has big wheels at the back and small ones at the front and have tires.

Bulldozers do the work required to level down a mound(big or small) or to level out an uneven surface of earth. they are mush more heavier than tractors tractors are mostly used for ploughing field, carrying heavy load on the attached trailer.

A bull dozer has tracks that are designed to grip the ground when pushing earth/ rubble with a blade, tractors come in many shapes and sizes, smaller ones have big tyres at the back and smaller ones at the front, but some 4 wheel drive tractors have tyres of the same size.In the UK the unit used to haul a lorry/ truck trailer is also called a tractor
